经历比学历重要――当代社会的工作，多数要不了那么多知识，大学毕业的水平就足够了。大学所学的知识，十分之一也用不到。还要考研究生，实在是浪费青春。在工作中学习，是可应用的，学二个月胜过在学校学一年。成效非常明显。因此人要在工作中不断学习，而不是在学校学习。
