尊敬的：danpaul22.chuck，
多思、多想、多听、多看、谨言、慎行这么做的好处就是让自己的少一点后悔。我们在做一件事这前要先想后果，我们做事要先往远处想想，谨慎再谨慎，以求避免对他人的伤害，减少自己之后的悔恨。说话要用脑子，做事要考虑后果，这是为人处事很重要的一点。
"修己以敬"好好修炼自己，保持严肃恭敬的态度，"修己以安人"在修炼好自己的前提下，再想法让别人安乐。"修身"是对国家、对社会负责任的第一前提。"先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐"，这是一种信仰，一种情怀，一种社会担当，但是前提是朴素的，是始自脚下的。修身养性、做好自我，就是起点。
