My husband Jason and I love the new home we recently purchased, and without a doubt, we're relieved the home buying process is over.

When we began our search, I think Jason and I expected to make general compromises, such as having a carport instead of a garage. But we quickly found that the biggest compromises had to be made between the two of us.

For example, I had no idea how passionate Jason was about having a double sink bathroom vanity until we were arguing about it in front of our real estate agent!
