Rob Held

Coach witnessed my solid tackle on a big 8th grade running back on the first day of practice ( 7th grade year for me & Craig, 6th grade for Joe) and Chuck exclaimed, "Who made that hit!" and rushed up to me to see who I was. I duly reported my name "Held." He looked me in the eye through the facemask and offered a compliment never to be forgotten in front of the whole team. That's when I became a linebacker at St. Aug's, and Chuck led us to the Promise Land of the city championship
